6. What was so puzzling to Nicodemus?

7. How did Jesus use His next words to explain both the ease and the difficulty in man’s acceptance of his salvation?

1. Why do you think Jesus left Galilee and sailed with His disciples to the other side of the sea?

2. Did the demon possessed man know Jesus was coming?

3. Jesus was unknown in the region. How did the man recognize Jesus?

4. Are the signs and characteristics of demon possession still around today?

5. What were the demons most afraid of?

6. Did Jesus grant the demons their wish?

7. Did the death of the swine kill the legion of demons?

8. How did the herdsmen react to what they had witnessed?

9. What do think the appearance of the now freed man was like now?

6. How frightened should the scribes and Pharisees have been at Jesus’ rebuke of their words and actions?
